Support scope and SLA
Includes one production workspace and up to two related development or test workspaces that use the same configuration pattern. Includes four technical support hours per month for reviews, calls, and investigation. Additional work requires a separate quote.
The support SLA defines initial response commitments, coverage hours, and remedies in your contract. It does not guarantee resolution times or Databricks availability.
Prices are in USD. We confirm scope and price before work starts. Implementation is separate from monthly support.
